TRON Legacy DVD Review & Giveaway.

To be perfectly honest, I had no desire to ever see this film.
But, when sent a copy, asked to write a review & the weather was too lousy too lousy to go out anywhere,
I figured why not!?
After trying my hand at bribery, with snack foods to get Master S to let me turn his Larry the Lawnmower DVD off,
I ended up hiding with my laptop watching this movie alone,
while my bossy children inhabited the loungeroom with Mr. M.

And, I must admit, not only was the two hours "break" nice,
but I found I actually, enjoyed the film.

The storyline was easy to follow,
even for someone as technologically challenged as myself.
The graphics were pretty darn cool, too.
Not to mention Garrett Hedlund who plays the lead character Sam was VERY easy on the eye!

As much as I would have loved to watch this movie with my hubby, I must admit the perve was much more comfortable for me without his presence.

And, thanks to Porter Novelli, I have one copy of TRON Legacy to giveaway!

In order to enter, all you have to do is be a follower of Our Whirlwind Adventures, and leave a comment.
The entries close on April 18th, 2011 and the lucky winner will be chosen using Random.Org.

I am a TRON nut. I saw the movie when I was 2 and actually sat through the entire movie. If I could, I'd buy TRON sheets and wear a TRON tie to work...but my wife would kill me and my kids would be thoroughly embarrassed. Winning the prize would be awesome...and saving my wife and kids of the embarrassment of having a nerdy Dad :)

  4. I've not seen this one yet either, and I welcome any opportunity to spend 2 hours in front of the TV watching something other than SpongeBob SquarePants.

    I'm following now.

  6. Tron doesn't really speak to me, but a two hour perve session does.

  7. Even though I never really paid attention to the original, my whole family loved this movie. The soundtrack is pretty cool also! Thanks for this contest!
