Today I am joining in with Mummahh for Way Back Wednesday.
This photo is my Poppa & my Mum.
It was taken in April of 1983.
I was not born, or even thought of at this stage,
but it is significant to me because this photo was taken after my Mum & Poppa were rescued from a boat accident,
in which they both were lucky to escape with their lives.
Without this photo marking the day they survived, I would not be here.
Plus, I think it's a beautiful photo of two people I love very much,
and are important in shaping the woman and mother I am today.
Without them I wouldn't be alive.
I love old photos, too. Boat accident! How lucky that it all turned out well for them.
